What’s included:
2 Prenatal visits
Two sessions before baby comes to discuss your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum goals. Sessions will include creating a birth plan and childbirth education.
Birth Support
In person support at your delivery site (hospital, birthing center, home birth) during active labor and two hours after delivery. I will have on call availability for your birth and offer 24/7 text support past 38 weeks.
2 Postpartum Visits
6 hours of postpartum support included in base package. One homecooked meal included in each postpartum session.
